Condo Kitchen& Bathroom Facelift 

Scope of Work: 

This client was looking for a complete refresh of the kitchen for their condo flip. (Appliances not included)  He wanted to take it from the browns to the greys but stay within a tight budget in order to maximize profits.  Bathrooms had a similar facelift with new flooring, cabinet finish, hardware, lighting & faucets. The client let me run with it, so we were able to complete this project in 3 just weeks! The trust is much appreciated and always helps move timelines along & saves money in the long run!
